Prompt: When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response: Sometimes I will try and think of a positive way to relive any negative thoughts. I also try and reset my mind and think about what I can do to make the next thing to happen to me positive. For example if I hit a bad shot in golf, I have to realize that there is always going to be another shot and your don't want that negative energy rubbing off on your next shot. This can help me change my mood to help me preform better in everyday life.

Summary: We learned new things in class.

Reflection: I learned new information.
